Alan has extensive experience in technical training and field site audits; as well as leadership positions in military, government and entrepreneurial ventures. Prior to construction, he has had positions of process control engineer, owner of a mining and development business and director of education for a technical institute. In addition to a BS in geology, a secondary teaching certificate in psychology and a graduate certificate in process control engineering, he has extensive training with various state and federal agencies.
